Our work process is based on iterations. You add a task and our team matches you with the best-fit person or people based on their skill set, expertise, and experience.
We work in micro-iterations with a 1 to 3 days turnaround, meaning that regardless of the task complexity, you will receive an iteration on your task every 48 on average during business hours (Mon-Fri).
This allows you to monitor your task's progress easily and see if you're moving in the right direction. This also makes your communication with the team and result delivery much more effective regarding the update—feedback process.
To boost the effectiveness of the process and speed up the delivery of the expected result, we recommend giving regular and detailed feedback.
