Once your payment is confirmed, you’ll receive an invitation to your private Trello board.
This board is your dashboard for submitting requests, tracking progress, and getting deliveries.
Accept the invite, and bookmark the board for quick access.
Inside your Trello board, you’ll see a column labeled “Requests” (or similar).
To add a request:
Click “Add a card”.
Enter a clear title (e.g., “Homepage banner redesign”).
Add details in the card description (instructions, references, links).
Attach any assets (logos, images, brand guidelines).
That’s it — your request is now in the queue.
We use a simple, transparent workflow:
Requests → In Progress → Review/Delivered
As soon as we start working on your request, the card will move to In Progress.
When ready, it moves to Review/Delivered with files attached for download.
Open the delivered card to see your files.
If you need changes, simply add a comment on the card.
We’ll revise and update the card until you’re happy.
You can add as many requests as you want.
We’ll work on them one at a time, in order of priority.
Want to reorder? Just drag cards in the Trello column — the top card is next in line.
You can pause or resume your subscription at any time.
While paused, no new requests are processed — your Trello board stays intact.
Resume whenever you’re ready, and we’ll pick up where we left off.
